Status values (state.dot)

Dot	Meaning
grey	Nothing received yet.
orange	Awaiting goodcharge review.
green	Connected.
red	Review refused, latest request rejected, or no data for 15 minutes.

Every station of an operator shows orange until the review of that operator's first station that sent data is decided; state.review.station_id names that station. Once it is approved, later stations go green as soon as they are published — they are not reviewed individually.
